Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
The Digital Business Development Executive will drive sales by building and maintaining positive client relationships across the Flathead Valley and Montana. As the Digital Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of clientele, lead generation, and driving revenue through client calls, meetings and closing sales. The fast-pace team of Flathead Beacon Productions has a drive for success with the ideal candidate for this position being an independent, self-motivated, proven sales professional who can confidently represent the FBP brand and culture.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Prospecting, lead-generation and development of new accounts
  • Build a strategic plan, and create presentations for clientele that focuses on digital marketing + branding collateral deliverables
  • Communicate in a relatable fashion for customer understanding, relationship building and closing sales
  • Ability to confidently cold call on prospective clients and secure meetings with decision makers and influencers
  • Conduct engaging meetings with clients as a consultant to understand and capitalize on client needs with recommendations and innovative ideas
  • Work closely with Marketing Director on presentations and pitches
  • Work closely with Project Manager on Client management and account deliverables; occasionally acting as a Project Manager in times of increased workflow to meet client needs on various ad platforms such as Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team to create effective digital marketing solutions and drive results for clients
  • Local travel to call on clients in person and hold client meetings

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Sales experience in digital marketing field, 1+ year.
  • Strong Social Media Knowledge
  • Facebook Business Manager a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Words + Ad Manager + Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with Word/Pages, Excel/Numbers, Google Sheets, Keynote
  • Familiar with PandaDoc Software
  • Copywriting/Editing Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Clear written and spoken communications skills with clients and team members
  • Ability to adapt and work with changes and deadlines
  • Comfortable discussing and reviewing Website UX & SEO a plus
